Welcome to Thorn & Rose Counseling, where the focus is on helping teenagers and adults find purpose, identity, and freedom. We are all unique, and all have parts of our story that we like, and parts that we don’t.
We are story-telling creatures, and sometimes when we are struggling with relationships, career, identity issues, or big change, the stories we tell ourselves can be really negative. Depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and stress are just a few thorns that we come into therapy with.
