Our Frisco counseling office at 2770 Main Street is conveniently located near the heart of Frisco and is easily accessible from the Dallas North Tollway, Preston Road, and surrounding Frisco communities.
From the Dallas North Tollway:
Take the Dallas North Tollway north and exit at Main Street. Head east on Main Street toward the downtown Frisco area. Continue along Main Street until you reach 2770 Main Street. Our office is located along Main Street and is easily accessible from the Tollway. The City of Frisco also identifies Main Street as a primary route from the Dallas North Tollway into the area. We are located inside the Caddo Office building.
From Preston Road:
Take Preston Road (SH 289) toward Frisco and turn onto Main Street. Continue along Main Street to 2770 Main Street. Preston Road provides a direct north-south route through Frisco and connects with Main Street.

Where is your Frisco office located?
We are at 2770 Main Street, Unit 121, Frisco TX 75033. Near the CVS, inside the Caddo Office building. Free parking, easy parking (no parallel or anything weird lol).
Do you work with children and teens in Frisco?
Yes, we see children as young as 8 years old, but have a special focus on those aged 11-17 years old. We involve parents, usually not in a session with us, but by offering parent consults so we can work together to make your kiddo feel better. Some teenagers want a parent present, but if you have a teen, you probably know that’s not the norm. For this reason, we like to collaborate with parents separately.
What makes Thorn & Rose Counseling different?
We have chosen to specialize in the unique needs of Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials. A lot of therapist are “generalists”, which means they see a little bit of everything. At T&R, we have chosen to focus primarily on teens, young adults, and millennials. By doing this, we are able tailor our approach to the direct needs of those generations, receive specialty training, and therefore become specialized in the care of those aged 10-45.Â
T&R also strives to serve as a bridge between typical secular counseling and biblical counseling. Our therapists have a strong, secular background for psychology and mental health, but a personal foundation of the Christian faith. As such, we are able to uniquely offer an approach that is both modern and psychological, as well as rooted in faith, for those clients that request it.
Do you take insurance?
We are a private-pay practice, allowing us to focus on your care without the restrictions often associated with insurance, like diagnosis, claims, and session duration limits. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we can take HSA cards. To make therapy more accessible, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale options for those that qualify, based on therapist availability.
